    Watering can from IKEA?

    Can anyone recommend the IKEA Galvanised Watering Can?
    SALLADSKÅL 9L is retailing at £14 in UK and looks very good for the price.

    I am considering one to give me a decent flow of water but can't quite afford a Haws one. I'm currently thinking of:

    1. IKEA SALLADSKÅL
    2. Homebase Long Reach (£3.99)

    or both....any further tips?

    It's the rose that makes the difference. Metal ones are heavy, I have a Haws and while it is good it is a bit heavy when full to water plants on the greenhouse staging. I use a very old long reach plastic one for that.

    I've just G...ed the cans and would go for the plastic one it is just like the one I have mad for the last 15 years.

      I'll keep you posted on the Homebase Long Reach one which I just purchased.

      I may treat myself to the Ikea one in a bit to try them both.
