  • Vacs Hard Floor Steam Cleaner.

Love it! love it! love it!
As the owner of a golden retriever, a husband - who both attract mud like some sort of magnate - and a laminate floor, I cannot tell you how brill these are!

I have no experience of these, CT - but I think that I would worry that steam being forced into the laminate might somehow get into the joints and wreck the laminate??

You're not supposed to use them on standard dominate but it's fine on the similar stuff we have which is guaranteed waterproof but it is worth checking or it can be a costly mistake.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I don't have experience of their steam products but in 2009 I bought a mach 4 upright vacuum which was half price at about £75 give or take.
It's an amazing beast, picks up more dirt and bits than our Dyson ever did.

I registered the product (6 year guarantee).
during the last 3 1/2 years we have broken a bit called the 'height adjuster' 4 times, (i think its where Mrs C bumps it over the thresh holds...but don't tell her that!!!)

Every time they have given me brilliant customer services, sending out the part within a week, every time FOC no quibbles, they even sent me a free filter kit as a goodwill gesture.

OK, so the part may have a slight design problem/or we don't treat it right, but I honestly cannot fault the company.

I am in no way associated with Vax, I just like them!
