cant recommend one because we buy local here (and there is no Tesco) BUT interestingly we were having aperatifs at a french aquaintance's house and i asked for a white wine. As she served it i recognised the logos on the bottle - it was Tesco's Finest Chablis!
She had not been to England recently and although she has english neighbours she couldnt remember where she got the wine.
Who in their right mind would bring a bottle of french wine thats been imported to england, back to France!
          The wine was OK.

If you like a bit of a sweeter white, I really like Tescos own brand Kabinett. Not sickly sweet, but not a dry Pino grigio.
