Anyone on here ever had a Keter or similar plastic shed? Just looking at replacing our very old wooden one and thought low maintenance may be the way to go.
Your thoughts would be appreciated, it is for a back garden, to store lawn mower and other bits and bobs

I asked about plastic sheds once before. The general consensus of opinion was that condensation was a problem.

I notice the new plastic sheds in the likes of B&Q et al have two vent holes in the back of them. I assume this is in an effort to cut down on the condensation issue.

I originally thought they would be good but have changed my opinion since. I personally would stick with wood.

We have a Keter storage box; a big one - width of a sofa and chest height. Although there are metal bars making up the frame the plastic is brittle and edges can easily shatter when you're assembling. You also need a very level surface for it to sit on. Any slight tilt and doors won't close properly, etc., but then again that's no different from a wooden one. Once it's up there's no maintenance at all as you say. HTH.
