  • New tyre for my wheelbarrow

Tyre number two has gone to the wheelbarrow tyre graveyard now.

    So I need another one.

Are there any that will actually survive my allotment?

You can get either a solid tyre or a puncture proof (or some name like that) one - they are filled with foam, instead of air / soil, and thus behave, or so I believe, rather like a pneumatic one.

Or put some puncture repair gunge in - that should seal the hole made by a thorn, if not a slashed / perished tyre

The first one Nic had tried to repair but it didn't stick - so might dig that one out and see if some of that repair spray stuff works.
A solid puncture proof one sounds like a good idea.

This second one is completely knackered.

Yes! I noticed some of the inner tubes for sale come in packs of two!
