The bad news is that of the strawberry plants I ordered, for no obvious reason at all as they were in the poly tunnel and all the others are fine, only three grew anything at all and they are a bit manky.
The good news is - the worlds quickest customer service response - sorry about that we'll get some new ones in the post asap - you should still get a crop!
I know the replacements still have to perform but if only all dealings with customer service could be that easy and actually pleasant.
