    I need a new laptop battery.

    The battery on my Toshiba laptop has slowly died. I need a replacement. I saw what looked like a good deal on the internet. But then my cynical side went "too good to be true?" It appears so. After looking for information on the website I found lots of bad comments. Also lots of bad comments on many other sites.

    So..... any recommendations on where to buy a battery?

      I tend to look for products with good reviews on amaz0n, (sometimes arg0s) then narrow down to the model most recommended, then g0ggle it for the best price.

        Plenty of places to buy but buy a Toshiba original if you want to be certain to get the same performance as the original . . . and be careful where you buy from there are plenty of counterfeits.

            Had reasonable success through Amazon , just check the reviews first!

              I recently replaced the battery in my old MacBook. £15 on the World's favourite auction site, and free postage. No complaints, so far!

                Try Ebay. You can get anything on there.

                  I bought this one a couple of months ago.........Don't know if it's a good deal but I'm satisfied with it.

                    I bought one from ebay too, it wasn't great in that the plastic cable split slightly where it was constantly bent but that happened to the original that came with the laptop too. It was alright for the price bearing in mind it was less than a tenner.
                    Remember it's just a bad day, not a bad life 😁
