Well....I'm on a strict diet, and tomorrow is Valentines Day....so I need to be very careful, but yes -I'm going to find a recipe using oatmeal instead of flour so at least it's healthy!

Nope none here. I am on the illness diet-boo hoo! (The antibotics are only just kicking in). I will try and do some at the weekend for the girls if I am better. They like theirs swimming in golden syrup.Comment

Oh yes! The batter is already made and in the fridge. These days I have them all to myself . When the children were growing up I was lucky if I had any, at best it would be the first or the last ones that never quite turn out right. Blow the diet.

Pancakes here, swimming in freshly squeezed OJ, with chunky baked apple and whipped cream. If you're going to have calories, may as well make it as wicked as possible
