  • Who's done it???

I was on the phone to OH who told me the story...

About half a tonne of compost was nicked from one of the allotments in Devon.Whoever took it used the owner’s wheelbarrow to wheel it away.
The owner of the compost heap is not a happy bunny…

My OH statement was “if it wasn’t in Devon I ‘d suspect you”…

On our plot this week. Someone stole the Chairmans bonfire.....They didn't burn it, its just gone. The pallet it was piled on is there but no bonfire.

A near neighbour had some surplus apples so left them outside his house in a wheelbarrow with a notice "Please help yourself". Someone tipped the apples out all over the road and nicked the wheelbarrow! b.

Someone near us left a sofa out side their house with a notice on it "Free to a good home" after a week no takers.
So a new notice was put on it "For sale £25 enquire within" it was nicked the same night......................

Stolen bonfire? Classic! Probably going into someone's wood burner as we speak.
