Oh, c'mon... Just because she's taken her clothes off for a living, doesn't necessarily make her a bad mum does it?! She's got a disabled son, was a single mum from him being born and seems to me she does a good job.

Sorry, just getting a bit fed up of everyone always looking for/at the bad stuff about people/life and not remembering to look for the good stuff (I know I'm probably guilty of it too)
The press are particularly good at it, and we forget that they are selective about what they show/publish.

I've just heard Katie Price on the radio with Jo Whiley this afternoon, and she sounded sensible, down-to-earth, and talked about her kids like any decent mother would.

She also tuck a tremendous amount of drugs while she was carrying "Harvey", which yes she Say's she regrets, but at the time didn't give a flying monkey about her unborn baby, later the Dr's told her it was because of the drug taking that "Harvey" was the way he is now. All this she openly admits. But it still doesn't make it right.
I do have sympathy for anyone who has a disabled child.

It used to be Samantha Cameron, but they shortened it for Sun readers

I'm afraid I'm a bit of a cynic, so looked at the nominations.

It is Celebrity Mum of the Year; and looks just like a list of celebs that the 'gen public' nominated.

Does it bear any resemblance to real life? How many of these celeb mums have nannies to look after their kids? How many gave up working to look after their kids?

I hate these sorts of publicity seeking nonsensical generic attention seeking 'awards' with a vengeance.

I could say that it keeps the masses talking about something; and takes the focus off expenses and/or racism - so it's got to be a good thing, right?
