  • The Restaurant

What a complete shambles this series is; there's no way I'd put money into any of the so called potential restauranteurs.

However; did anyone see the Airbus cake?

We were unable to actually see the TV as we were crying with laughter.

Not exactly brimming over with talent this year is it? I'm not surprised there was no "Restaurant of the Week" this week.

I cannot believe that the lot that got selected this year were there for any reason other than to be laughed at for TV. There must have been some hopeful folk who applied who had more talent than this bunch!

I enjoyed previous series but now...

What a shower! Totally clueless and skill free without even the intelligence to understand what is required of them. It's just about 'winning' and being on television, becoming what seems to be known these days as a 'celebrity'. I'm surprised that Raymond Blanc lends his presence to this farce.

From certain camera angles the airbus looked quite phalic You could feel the guys embarrassment How the two blonde dimbettes are still on I don't know (the "chef" can't and thankfully won't cook). As for the attitude on legs - I so want to commit an act of violence against him.

i knew it was going to be bad when on the first episode; two contestants were trying to open a coconut and a tin of pineapple with a carving knife and a rolling pin.

Watching Raymond take the tin over to the tin opener and show them how to use one was magic.

I lied - well, not entirely, becasue I didn't see the whole thing, but I saw that bit. It was on Harry Hill the following week strangely enough.

The front-of-house Himbo did appear to be working hard at the tea dance. His shirt looked disgusting.

Thought the ex-military guys (badger & bodger?) would do well until they had that melt-down.

Aye, I would not have wanted a cake from him in that state.

Nathan, what a nightmare - wouldn't help the others to serve nor did he wait the tables that were waiting - he could have cleaned up and got brownie points if he'd have done either.

I'm surprised the two experts that are putting their money into the 'project' haven't walked out yet.
