              There's no such thing as bad publicity, personally I've been drawn recently to horse meat. I think its quite nice.
              I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

                    I cannot stand Fry - just looking at him turns my stomach.

                      Hmm....the poll was conducted of Which members - it costs £117 per year to be a member. That suggests members are fairly well off as a generalisation if they have that much to spend on the magazine. Probably most of them shop in M&S anyway.

                      Endless wonder.

                        Aldi faired well, so maybe not!

                          We're a member of the online one so don't get any magazines at all and it costs less. Don't shop at supermarkets at all if possible and think that T&sco is the worst of the lot of them (due to some local issues in particular) but wasn't asked anyway so my vote isn't included. To be honest I don't think that the likes of Asd* are much better either but certainly don't shop for food in M&S and any other supermarket if I can help it - the way forward is the traditional route of shopping locally but I don't want to stand in the way of your generalisation.

                          Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

                          Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                            Visit just about everyone that is around me at some time, pays to look at prices.
                            No point in complaining as plus and minus points for all.

                              Gosh Kirk- that's an interesting link!
                              .... cos when I was in the UK last time I nipped into W for some haggis as I couldn't find it anywhere else...and impulse shopping ( as I do) picked up their value 'Dettol' surface spray equivalent.
                              Couldn't find it a couple of weeks ago online when a friend asked if there was anything to get for us from there.
                              Pity really cos it was a lot cheaper than D ....and just as good ( probably the same stuff???)

                              * sigh...
