  • OK, OK, calm down.

As Zen master I am asking that we all take a collective deep breath, count to 10 and exhale. Repeat and go to your happy place.

Been a lot of emotion displayed on t'vine of late and emotions have a habit of running away with us.

I will be in the Zen garden if anyone wants to come along and have some time chillaxing.

I have a big stick to poke you with, I believe that has a place in Zen buddhism?

Hark, the sound of one hand clapping in a forest.....timber!!!!!
To see a world in a grain of sand

Ooh, that reminds me, I have some Thornton's fudge left from Christmas, and Aranthos bought be a big bar of Cadbury's Turkish delight choccy last night to cheer me up. Who wants some of which?

Well, through being shattered last night I seem to have missed a lot - but perhaps that's a good thing? Anyhows, that Zen garden idea is excellent, however, doesn't look quite cosy enough for me, so mind if I bring my fleece throw to wrap up in? But I'll bring a bottle of something nice to share with Flummery and others, plus nibbles - and maybe Rhona could spare a sip of her flask if v. chilly?

I'm chilled man.... (but only in the mind sense of course, nice and cosy otherwise )

Younger son bought me a big gift box full. I love fudge but have been very strict and only had one piece every few days. Loads left
