  • Not a happy bunny

Placed an order with Thompson and morgan and just received an email saying that all the seeds i ordered are OUT OF STOCK so i checked on their site and everything that i ordered is in STOCK

so i have rang them and they said that they don't know what is happening cos all of the seeds are processed at a different warehouse so the kind lady give me another number to ring and i got this bloke on the phone and he sounded like he didn't know what day it was and just said that they are very busy and couldn't help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps you might change suppliers?...makes me feel good to vote with my feet(rather my keyboard/creditcard).... There's a lot of competion out there

I find Dobies have always been friendly, efficient and quick to replace/sort out any problems....only exeption in years is that they ran out of Ratte's last year and sent PFA instead.

Kings are a good company but I rarely order direct so can't really say about warehouse staff.

Then there's Sarah Raven who has a bigger operation these days....and any number of companies in the classifieds of GYO...or mentioned on here!

Really, unless you are doing a bulk society order prices are compatable everywhere... so shop around and don't let idiots get you down .

yeah i did too that was what i used but i spent more than the voucher ,and i was wondering if thats why they can't sent me the things i ordered.
cos my friend had a voucher too and she has had the same email but she only spent the amount of the voucher and not more like me.

so i can't understand it at all

That's disappointing LavenderLou. I've got seeds on order from T & M - 2 vouchers - but I haven't heard anything from them. I'm putting it down to Christmas and New year hols. As suggested, you could wait til Monday and give them a ring. Hope you get it sorted out.

There was a consumer report which named and shamed DT Brown and Marshalls for the poor quality of their seeds. But maybe you should just take them as you find them.

Try Marshalls, they are fab always had good seeds from them, deliver on time and good quality.

The problem is that quite a few of us have vouchers for T&M which can't be used for Marshalls, Dobies, DT Brown, or any of the others, regardless of whether they are better or not!

I still have my voucher, so I'll wait and see what response you get from them before I send my order in!!
