I consider myself fit for my age!
I have never owned a car & until I married Madderbat(she has a car) walked or cycled.
    Now I have the allotment.
The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

I actually thought it was quite a positive message to those who consider themselves inactive and maybe thought there'd be no benefit from starting to exercise if they hadn't previously. Who might have thought, oh well its not worth bothering at my age sort of thing?
