  • Memories

Tonight I have been looking through photo's taken upto 30 years ago lots of memories in them, and I thought I didnt have any of me with my late sister, found quite a few, so some tears and laughter later I have packed them away with a mental note that I must sort them and get some of them framed. I also found sympathy cards sent to me from friends.

Only my last one my daughter had a dummy lol. Lots of funny ones of my boys
        and embarassing ones lol

My mum burnt our photo's in 1973 after an argument with my stepfather
so we only have a few of when we were younger and most of those were taken by others who have let us have copy's.

Photo's are your memories, when you look at them you remember what you were doing ( sometimes ) at the time, not just that day but the era you were living in.

OMG that what an awful thing to do burning them all. No argument is ever worth that kind of action. We have scanned all of ours and have them on the computer and on a pen drive just in case. Now my boys are growing rapidly and their cheek ever increasing its nice to look back to the days when they were just happy and not hormonal.

Looking at old photos is always a hoot isnt it? We were looking over our wedding photos, and I had our wedding video put onto a cd for everyone to watch at our silver anniversary last September.

Boy! those suits, hairstyles and dresses!

I still love my wedding dress though! I tried to fit in it last year, but no chance. I shall explain - when we got married 25 years ago I was a size 10, and then it had to be taken in again! LOL!
