  • Lazy lazy Sunday morning

It doesnt happen very often, but today we slobbed in bed till after 1pm.

We were actually up at 8am, got the papers, had breakfast in bed, then went off to sleep again.

I am not sure if its a luxury or a waste of a good morning.

Time to get some logs in methinks.

It's seriously nice to have a very long lie in. Best thing to recharge the batteries. PW - is your lion wearing a wig?

Wonderful once in a while - don't feel any guilt about 'wasting the day' or you spoil it! We haven't done it for ages (having a baby kinda cuts into the long lie-ins) but the papers, a pair of fresh croissants, pots of tea, then snooooze again. Bliss!

I bet you feel better for it Piglet. Sometimes you just have to take time to do nothing and not feel guilty about it.

                Sunday.

When i used to be a student i used to have breakfast in bed, made by myself, but the crumbs where a bugger.

Today, early, i drove to Rutland water, nice blow out.....but then after i got home discovered i had left my Pocket Digital Camera on a bench by the waters edge, in the rain..!

Usually i photo crap, but today i had to take a picture as a competition entry for a walking magazine.

I have the required answer needed to enter, but they would have liked photo's to print.

Ho Hum.... time to treat myself perhaps.

I got up at 7.00am, turned my eggs in the inccy, let the dog out to do her business then went back to bed for a couple of hours too! Great minds think alike!

Snadger, the lion looks as if he's got a wig on - is it just me that sees it? Just had another look it's not a lion, it's a lioness and it definately has a wig on

your body obviously needed that bit extra boost PW,the older you get,the more boosting slob-ins as you call them you will want.
