Kitty drowned the Internet :(

Thursday wasn't a good day for us. Son no2 came of his motor bike, luckily no major injuries, but his knee is rather battered as it was the first part of him to make contact with the ground. His mates were coming round on Friday, so as he would be in no fit state to clean up, I sorted the tidying etc. I also decided the floor needed washing, so mopped my way towards the stairs, and left the bucket at the bottom as I made my way up to bed. I did push it away from the bottom step so no one would come down in the morning and fall over it.
However, usually the BT OpenReach box sits on a little cabinet at the bottom of the stairs, and Tessa my cat often sits on the box because it's warm. She also uses it as a pillow when she wants a snooze.
Sometime during the night she must have knocked it off, and it landed in the bucket of water, totally submerged. DD wasn't impressed as she has her final year project to finish (no point saying it should have been done by now). New box should be coming this afternoon, and hopefully this one will be wall mounted by OH when it arrives.
On the plus side, I have found I can log into the Grapevine at work
