    If you were a vegetable...

    which one would you be, and why?

    Me?

    Well, I'd have to be a climbing bean of some description. Common, tall, fairly flimsy but with the right support will flourish. Wilts without a drink, especially in hot weather. Can sometimes appear attractive, but also very useful to have in the garden.

        I think I'd be celeriac. Round tough, tasty, and just a bit nutty.
        Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.

          At the moment I'm a cabbage and not even a nice tasty savoy!!

          not well and definitely 'cabbaged' on painkillers and anti-B's and feeling very sorry for myself

                I think I'd be a humble spud! A bit nobbly in shape, starchy, common, useful (and can be tasty when well prepared!)

                            I'd be a mangetout. Slim, crisp and sweet but with a snap.
