    If you can't get into the Vine or are not seeing posts properly.....

    Hello!

    We are getting some reports that people can't access the Vine or see posts properly; can you try the below and see if it helps.

    Clear you system's cookies:

    And Temporary Internet Files/ Cache:
    How To Clear Your Browser's Cache | Internet Guide « Wonder How To

    Then let us know if the problem continues.

    Well, my system blocked a pop-up when I tried to view the video!

        Ok, but can you still view the video, clear the cookies and cache?

          My problem was only for 1 thread (the can you guess what it is yet thread) and if only if I viewed it in Threaded mode.

          If I changed the display to Linear or Hybrid I could read the text of the thread but not if I viewed it in Threaded mode.

          If I went to any other thread, the Threaded mode was fine - it was just that one thread and viewing mode.

            No did not work. when i log on and go to new posts the system logs me out and i can only "allegedly" look at todays posts. soon as i click the todays posts button it logs me into todays posts with my user details....ok.. then, when i look at posts some are recent and some are old posts, especially if i have posted something to it, i often cannot see the post that i have posted or any subsequent replys unless it goes to my email. sorry if this sound confusing, but i am totally confused.

              I didn't go any further. I don't view things that try to send me pop-ups.

                There is a free programme called Ccleaner it removes cookies and all web history i have used it for 3 years it is good, just make sure you know all you passwords for forums etc as they will be deleted with your cookies, let me know if you want a link putting on for it .
