  • I need a huggy

Feeling down today guys, OH and I have been trying for another baby for the past 4 years and I really thought that this time we were pregnant, late for 2 weeks but then today realised that it wasnt going to be, another month! I did burst into tears as I cannot understand where we are going wrong! We eat healthily, dont smoke, exercise, well as best as i can with my disabilities.
When I went to see my GP, she was not a lot of help, reminding me that I have kids and why would i want another?? I left most upset.

Sorry for the rant, just not a good day.
Dont worry about tomorrow, live for today

Big hugs coming your way from me. How dare the doctor talk to you like that. Reminds me of when my sister had her daughter late in life after loosing the first two and went on the pill, when she went back to the doctor she was quite rude about my sister being on the pill at her age when it was the doctor who suggested it in the first place.
I think with all the talk of babies on here lately I can understand how you feel. If its meant to happen it will. Not that I can complain as I found it too easy to get pregnant and had five of the darlings, for a while I was embarrased by that fact but now I am proud to say I have five kids well four adults now and one soon to be teenager.
Keep your spirits up these things are sent for a reason not that it helps.
So again ((((((((( big ))))))) big (((((( hugs )))))) Pm me if you want.

You can have a huggy of me any time and bury yourself under my rather large beard any time but you will have to have long arm's to reach round....jacob

Oh so sorry to hear the news BIG HUGS to you and OH, my sister and her OH spent three years trying she was diagnosed with polysitic ovaries, one side dont work at all she had a good GP though and after 18 months of trying was offered tests etc at the hospital one round of fertility tablets, not sure exactly what she had and it worked, her OH has 4 kids from a previous relationship, but seeing him with the new one, shows he was wanting one with my sis as much as she wanted her first.
        Perhaps you need another GP!

                        Have another from me(((((((X)))))))
It took us a while to concieve DD & in that time there were several promising months & I can so remember the upset when you've convinced yourself you've finally done it....only to have your dreams shattered yet again by a "late arrival".A truly horrid feeling for which you're welcome another (((x))).
As for the doc....totally out of order.....unless they're wonderful inother ways,I'd seriously consider switching!!
and one last thing....(((((((cU)))))))(& no not coffee...but a huge hot chocolate!)

XXXXXXX from me too. My niece was like this for a very long time and each month was dreadful for her (and my sister!) It happened eventually but the disappointment is so dreadful each time it happens. Try to keep positive (easier said than done I know) but worrying about whether it will happen this month could be making you too stressed. Be thinking ofyou (and Finedon!!)
