edit - ignore the max temp. That was when the sun was full on the outdoor unit, so, 37 in the sun, 28 in the shade

According to the temperature gauge on my smoker it is was 40C but it was in the full sun.

I do know it was ruddy hot and I shouldn't have chosen today to get on with a load of cooking cakes to go in the freezer I obviously didn't work fast enough.

Mr Bee has just stomped in, looked at me accusingly, and told me it is hotter on the patio than it is in my kitchen with the oven on.

Err how is that my fault!!!

Our corner is missing out, a wet, misty day with low temps here.

Gloriously hot and after the last few weeks I am definitely not complaining. Extra watering required but great growing weather...

Was down at Ayr today and car temp. indicator showed 22c when we drove back home temp. was 19c. now even cooler with a rumble of thunder and a slever in the wind
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.
