  • Growing a Garden full of Animals

    Yes, I meant Animals..............not Annuals.

    I've just bought some Goose Creek tomato seeds and Flashy Trout Back lettuce and wondered how many plants are named after Animals and whether they're worth growing.
    Have you grown any this year?
    I grew Tumbling Tiger tomatoes and Rattlesnake beans, probably others that escape me.

    How about you?

    My Dad grew Tiger lilies, I tried Elephant Garlic once...……….

            I'm growing thunder mountain longhorn chillies. Longhorn is a breed of cow.
            And Bangalore whippets tail chillies.
