  • Grapestock France?

Is this pretty certain to be going ahead? If it is going to happen (or 'very probably' going to happen) we want to be there, in which case we will be needing some new camping gear, and now is the time to buy!!!!

If its to be Chez Leponge, then my doors (and my garden) are open.
My schedule is pretty flexible, so if a date is decided on, I WILL be at home to host you all.
I have the very able Nicos who has volunteered to assist with whatever needs assisting with, so its all systems go as far as I'm concerned.

*makes note to inform Mme Pastis there may be hordes of Brits descending.

I would love to come but if I am honest think it is just a daydream. Are there any b/b's very close to your place.

            YAY!!!!! and WOOHOO

I'll be there if at all possible - let me know if I can do anything to help.
Brengrl, you can usually get cheap basic hotels in France from about 30 euros. If you google Formula1, premier classe or just cheap hotels in France there are loads!

            Woohoo!

There is nothing like F1, Premiere Classe etc near here, I live properly in the sticks. There will, however, be gites that do a Chambre d'hotes (B+B) type place, and I will rustle up a list of them once a date has been decided on.
And its not nice to call your OH grumpy, TS!!

If I understand right, Bob's about 60 kms SE of Rennes. There are campsites and I live about 2 hours away so could put up a body or 2 if people don't mind the drive.

Will have to work on it, also depends when it is. Son gets married in april, might not have any money left.

I would be interested, as stated on some other thread, its actually easier to get to France from here than further up in the UK.
We (DD and myself, as OH will probably be working), however dont have any transport, so would really appreciate a lift from some kind grape from the boat or airport - petrol money offered of course.
And obvously it depends on the dates.

We would be 'dropping in' on our way to or from Spain (probably on the way back, but that really depends on dates), so can't offer lifts both ways.
