I don't know or understand anything at all about GM food but agree the venture must be done with caution. Surely this is what the Commission is there to do. More important to me is the reduction of waste.

My reason for signing is that I am not convinced those actually wanting these crops know as much as they think they do. Science is great, but when science and business overlap, there is a track record of going off half-cocked and putting things into production and use without knowing all the consequences.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment
