I have cleared my inbox in My Profile but still apparently have 96 messages stored somewhere. Only 150 are allowed, it says, but how the dickens do I get rid of these 96? I can't even access them!

As Shirl says - they're probably messages you have sent. The system saves them until you delete them.Comment

In your private messages use the down arrow where it says "jump to messages" and select "sent" then delete them all and jump back to your in box. Hope that's clear
