  • Fun in the snow

Yesterday we made a snowman and had snowball fights and generally had a great time.
My sister and her boyfriend who live up the road in Bath went snowboarding on the hills just outside of Bath! Amazing!
What has everyone else been up to?
Imagination is everything, it is a preview of what is to become.

Baby girl has JUST started to walk, so this afternoon, I'm planning on going to buy her first tiny wellies to go for a crunchy snowy walk (walk for 30 seconds, then back in pram probably). Will make little snowman tomorrow with Daddy and maybe a little sledging! Mr R is dying to get the skis out!

That sounds fun! I've been working all week so not much chance to play in the snow, only got about an inch and a half though!

We took our collie cross up the park, she is bonkers anyway but had us in stitches today. She likes us to throw snowballs and then runs around cause she can't see them when they hit the ground, she eats the snow like its cream cheese!
The funniest thing she did though was when we threw snowballs onto the skate board ramp she ran to the top to catch them and then let herself slide back down backwards like she was boarding on all fours. We were nearly wetting ourselves with laughter the silly dog.
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. ~Author Unknown

I played silly wotsits with the Dog who, like me is old-enough to know better. He loves it when I kick the snow (or fallen leaves in the autumn) and he can chase it, then he just stands and barks at it.

The horses played silly bu**ers too in the yard, I had to chase them out into the field so I could get on with the mucking out. They're worse than kids and dogs lol!
