  • The Edwardian Farm TV series

A quick heads-up that a new series from the 'Tales from the Green Valley' team of Ruth Goodman, Alex Langlands and (the delicious) Peter Ginn starts on BBC2 next week.

Programme 1 is on Wednesday 10th November at 8pm!! Yay!!!!

Do I remember rightly that for one series he wanted (and was) called "Fonz"? Glad that wore off quickly, it was downright daft!

                      Mmmmmm Peter....

(I'm in my happy place now)

Yes his nickname is Fonz, goodness knows why though. Doesn't suit him at all.

Unfortunatamente, I'm at work at 8pm on a Wednesday, but hopefully it'll be repeated at a different time. I loved the 'Victorian Farm' series, and no doubt this'll be good as well, though since the V.F. one was, I think, supposed to be in 1880s, and the Edwardian era was the Nineteen-noughties, I wonder how much would've changed in 20-odd years.
