Why come on? Is England lagging behind and slowing everyone else down?

The sun is shining. The BQ lit. The kids are excited (so are mum and dad). We are having a party and are flying the flag.

We will scream and shout and maybe shed a tear but win or lose ( I don't know how to finish it) lol

Really hope we win (or at least play well), but I don't plan to watch the match. I am old enough to remember 1966 and too old now to be as enthusiastic as I was then.

Well, they haven't had a particularily star spangled start to their World Cup campaign have they?
Two draws and a win to get them through to the last 16 hardly fills the team with confidence in there own ability?

Hopefully they'll progress to the quarter finals though against the old foe!

To be honest, the best team won and the disallowed goal was no excuse for how crap we played!
I look forward to watching Germany progress!

What a load of tosh, we didn't deserve to win with that appalling team/manager whatever.

They stank the place out. Awful. Just awful. Yes the disallowed goal was a disgrace and a joke but no excuse for the fact that we stank. It's wrong. Very wrong.
