  • Clocks forwards tonight!

    Yup....it's finally here
lighter evenings...don't forget to put your clocks on an hour

Do you do yours on going to bed or when you get up?

We tend to do ours before going to bed...apart from the cars which get done at some point over the next few days ( or in the case of my car - weeks!!!!)

I did read recently that all this clock changing might stop in Europe, each country deciding whether to stay on winter or summer time permanently!...that should be interesting!

Move to Sunshiny South Wales where its always summer.

I think like a chicken - wake with the sun - whatever the clock says.
Most of the clocks here update automatically - only the central heating timer, bedside clock radio and the microwave which I rarely look at. Don't even know where my watch is.

Thanks for the reminder Nicos I do my clocks the next day, there’s only two clocks in the house I have to change. My car changes on it’s own,if we’re going to stay on BST how do you make a car clock stop changing, would we have to pay for this to be done....

I change the clock before I go to bed; ,however my internal clock may take some time to re-adjust!
I work very hard so please don't expect me to think as well!

We'll stop the old clocks in about an hours time then restart them in the morning, that way hopefully they won't go in a sulk and chime at the wrong times.

Whatever doesn't change automatically will be changed tomorrow.
We will probably spend the next few days trying g to figure out how to change the car clock.

Was that supposed to be at the weekend?
                  OK I’m a bit confused.

I am so tired it's unreal. I was tired last night, and although I'd spent the whole day up at the allotment, it hadn't been that strenuous that I'd be that exhausted. Today, just as tired. I will watch the news, then head off for some sleep
