      Not sure my Computing degree and 4 years' experience of Financial Systems and Customer Service Training will get me into the shortlist.

      Do they hire based on personality?

                    It sounds and looks spectacular and if the Saudi's want it as a gift for their King - you can bet your a** it will be nothing short of the best in the world. Expect to see the best gardeners world wide being headhunted for this one.
                    Must go my doorbell is ringing and there are reports of camels in the area.
                    Seriously when this is finished it will rival Kew and the Eden project.
                    There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.
