    Hi all,
    just found out my 79 year old mother has fallen and broken her hip whilst on a mini holiday and is now in barnstable hospital awaiting her opp tomorrow.
    Im travelling down tomorrow morning , if any one knows of a half decent bnb etc id be very gratefull, apologies if i dont get straight back to you, head shot.

      I take it that she is in the NDDH. Try BnBs in Pilton it’s walking distance from the hospital. Yeo Dale is the cheapest or No 2 Broadgate. I don’t have any personal experience of either but my Mum used to live in the area so know the area well.

          Just spotted this. I'm not back in Devon till tomorrow. Have asked Mrs B if she's got any ideas. Piltons not a bad idea, but there's a fairly regular bus from Barnstaple and only 5 mins in taxi so anyplace there should be ok.
