It's boom time now and they're hoping it will die down in a few years and people will stop wanting them.

Our council have just been on the radio shouting about how much they are doing to provide allotments. Shame my mum and dad are stuck on a site where 4 plots haven't been tended for months (one years) but because they pay their rent the council aren't interested! Keep phoning them, e-mailing them but hey they aren't bothered. So frustrating...Karen
