  • Ah yes, now I remember...

why I thought I'd better cut down on the Vine - because I spend so long on here once I get here!

I've been very absent from the Vine for quite a while now, and haven't really 'got back into' it, but today I logged on to look at Wellies Damson Chutney recipe at 9.15, and haven't really been away for long since! I remember now how I felt that I needed to be a bit more productive during the day, and so stayed away to avoid being tempted to idle away my time. I can't even try to catch up on what's been happening in my absence, but I'll try to get back into good habits and call by now and then...

(And yes, of course I've missed you )

p.s. The chutney is still simmering on the stove, Wellie wasn't exagerating when she said it takes AGES.... But it smells wonderful

Hiya pipscariad, good to see you Hope you're all well?

I know what you mean, I can lose hours on here! I've just had to resolutely turn the screen off for a couple of hours to finish some course-work before the kids get back from school!

      "...call by now and then"?

I do hope it's more often than that! It's very nice to see you back. We missed you too!
