  • Advert Banner problem

Not sure if there's anything I can do about it but I'm having problems with the little advert banner that goes at the bottom of the page. Sometimes it's OK, other times it just leaves a tiny milimetre for me to press the 'post reply' box, but other times it totally covers it....leaving me with no option but to come out and then rewrite my post.

Yes that one. There's a few flavours out there. I stopped using internet explorer a few years ago and switched to google Chrome. There also a couple of others out there. They all display things slightly differently.

I did switch to Firefox on the old computer, but not bothered installing anything other than IE on this one as I'd not had any problems...maybe that can be on my list of things to do this evening
                Thanks.

It's very much a personal preference thingy, but personally I detest ad's and refuse to use up data allowance/ pay to download ad's so I block them in Chrome with adblock plus. I understand that ad's pay for the forum and yes, there's reasons for having them.....

I'm on google chrome and haven't bothered putting ad blocker on but not getting any problems at all.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

                          I forgot

But will get on to it straight away,Sir!

Yesterday, there were times my whole reply box was gone...just a big old advert...proves how pointless they are as, even though it was in my way, still couldn't tell you what it was for.
