Used to use a charcoal cooler as a lad. A double bag of canvas with the gap between filled with charcoal. Wet it down fill it with food then hang somewhere not in full sun. Keep running water over the canvas and charcoal.

Dig a pit, big enough for all all your bottles/cans of "pop". Line it with a bucket/water barrel/IBC to keep it watertight and put a lid over it.#
Voila - your very own "pop" cellar.

If you tell Mrs Balders exactly how much, she may get frosty enough to keep the liquid refreshment cool all day........

Tangential memory.

I remember my Mam buying me an ice lolly off the ice ceam man when I was a nipper and wrapping it in newspaper and putting it in the pantry until I came home.

Pantry's were usually built on the North side of the house and it was surprising how long the lollies stayed frozen.

Depends on how cold you want them and how many you want I guess.

Some kind of inconspicuous bag filled with freezer blocks? Just keep putting them back in the freezer to chill for the next day and she might never know.

OK, how about one of those fridges you get in camper vans, run off 12 volts or gas...? Might not be too expensive, could go straight from place of purchase to place of consumption (I'm assuming you have a shed). You could save up a little bit each week between now and next spring and she might not even notice the withdrawal of funds. (Sorry for suggesting sneakiness.)

I say all this because I'm not sure your pot in a pot idea will really get your pop down to a temperature you regard as cool enough.

Edited to add: or, or... how about two identical sets of freezer blocks? One lot goes in as the other lot comes out. And 1Bee's right below: I shouldn't be enabling either sneakiness or driving under the influence.

get cavas/hessian bucket or porous bag, what we used to simply call a water cooler,what the yanks called a desert bag, fairly porous evaporation based do a remarkably good job of cooling things

Would it be simpler to move to a more traditional British style of lemonade that doesn't need to be chilled?
My plot has a lemonade shop just accross the way, which seems a more civilised way of doing things...
