It's been a while.

Well finally had our bonfire last night pallet after pallet was loaded on,brought back good memory's as a kid,we stayed down at the allotment till late on.finally arriving home around 11.15. Even the kids came down to lend a hand they put them selfs on hose duty in case the surrounding grass set on fire. hubby said it had burnt down to virtually nothing this morning which is good less to clean up. Going to use the ash on the beds at some point. Anyway all was good when we returned from our jollys. Lots of weeding to do around the peas and beans but there done now.started weeding around the onions but got distracted by chatting to another plot holder her peas looked fantastic the way she's done hers, think I'll do mine like hers next year. Not gone near myself this morning too much rain lets hope tomorrow's a better day.well at least I've done my ironing.
