Wow how time flys.

Rain and lots of it. Now the nice weathers back, been down and planted sweet corn, pumpkins and cauliflower. Turning over a new bed,so many weeds have grown everywhere. They have even managed to grow through weed control.To my husbands dismay. Poor thing he's been poorly for over a week now and to top it off got a chest infection to boot. He's been coming down with me the last 2 days to sit and watch me turn over the new bed. Fresh air an all that. I've finally managed to take up the small pond that was there now I gave a hole with water it. Shall fill that hole tomorrow if I get chance. Priced up some wood for my next raised bed should cost around £9.50 to complete so shouldn't break the bank. Have three more to do before the summers out. Still have a pile of wood and pallets to dispose off on site hoping to have a fire at some point. Should be fun. Off to London at half term asked another plot holder to water for me let's hope they do, don't want to come back to dead plants.
