    Same for me, no free gift yet either. Had an email update saying sorry it will be with me soon, but that was a month ago, and I am already getting messages telling me to renew my subscription and get a new free gift..... I want the free gift for my current sub first lol

    I just took out a 6 month subscription because I buy the magazine every month and thought I might as well have a free propagator. It didn’t arrive! Now I think I need to complain!

    I have emailed "Jenny O'Neill" <jenny.oneill@aceville.co.uk> twice regarding lack of propigator but no reply, hopefully someone in office will pick this up

    Admin and subs are away now until 2nd Jan so it might be worth emailing now and then phoning them once they have returned???

    Hopefully they will be able to sort it soon.
