The weekend is not looking good - everywhere is frozen solid (including the buckets of carrots in my garage) and in any case I am busy tomorrow. Sunday is looking wet and potentially very windy, so I doubt much will get done, again.

Far too cold yesterday, with everything frozen, so nothing got done except harvesting carrots from the greenhouse. I don't anticipate any suitable gardening weather until the weekend.

Tomorrow Openreach are coming for the 3rd time since Christmas to try to sort a fault on my broadband. They require a 5 hour slot, so depending on what time they turn up I may or may not have any gardening time. It may be too cold anyway.

Took the dog for his walk ... today he discovered the canal is wet straight thru the ice and managed to get himself out in a cloud of steam and a spray of water .
Just about finished the ideas for the back garden ... its changed over the months but just about tied it down. Now I just need to clear the greenhouse out and set up my heated bench ready for sowing seeds.
got to take Mrs G to the hospital for an endoscopy ... so thats tomorrow taken care of
