Plan for Sunday is to prepare the potato bed and plant out a few early cos salad seedlings under cover.
Mid morning coffee on the plot with allotment neighbours.
And maybe a bit more indoors sowing (marrows, courgettes, pumpkins, or is that too early? I often get carried away)

The fruit cage frame that I ordered at the weekend arrived (the old one got broken in the wind last year). This one is bigger and is intended to stay up all year, possibly with bird netting round the sides to keep the cat off that part of the garden.

    Construct new fruit cage frame
    Harvest carrots, PSB

Attempt to regenerate some enthusiasm to go outside (too cold, dark and wet) - not really
    Weeding - no
Harvest salad leaves, carrots, possibly spinach - done except spinach

I did remove a large pile of cat poo, which didn't do much for my enthusiasm!

Highly unlikely to have any opportunity to garden today as it is forecast to rain and I have a busy day anyway.

*Yesterday my solar panels generated the 4th lowest amount of solar on a March day since I got them in 2013. On the other 3 days the panels were covered in snow. I was shutting the curtains at 5pm because it was dark.
