  • Carrion Flower

My carrion flowers (Stapelia variegata) is flowering again this year. It's been blooming every year these past few years. I guess it means the plant is mature now?

Despite the name, the flowers don't really smell much. You can't smell anything unless you stick your nose in them, and even then it's not that pungent.

About 8 years, I think. I got it in some plant fair. It was unlabelled, so I didn't know what it was, and couldn't identify it until it started to flower four years ago.
