Hi
I have recently bought a house with 3 acres of land some of which I plan to use for as a vegetable plot. Last week I planted bulbs (a bit late but better late than never) along the side of the lawn. When I returned this week something had dug up a lot of the bulbs
(around 20) but had not eaten them. There were definite signs of digging not birds pulling them out.
As I also plan to have chickens I wondered if anyone has any ideas about what may have done this. Could it have been a fox or badger
Thanks

I think squirrels are much bigger nuisances than foxes. And if you get chooks squirrels will be in after the eggs - and the chicken food. They're just rats with fancy tails.
