Not sure where to post this but I've just received a small order from Thompson and Morgan (using the �5 no strings voucher) and one of the packets of seeds is wrong. I've been sent Sea Holly and not Hare's Tail grass as I'd ordered.
As I'm useless on the phone I've sent them back with the order form and a covering letter. Do you think they will replace them or ignore as I hardly paid more than the postage for the order?
I was a bit embarrassed chasing it up but I really wanted the Bunny tail grass.

, one of the women I spoke to was downright rude when I pointed out that they had send the wrong variety of plants to me (and only after chasing them as they were over a month late) and just said that I was being unreasonable to expect more as they'd been cheap. It wasn't a lot of money but that was hardly the point - took me about 3 months to sort out that time and as that was the second time I'd had problems with them I now boycott them for anything other than the occaisional packet of seeds from the garden centre.
