They're offsets and can be grown on. May take some years to flower though!

Weird bulb behaviour.
Hi all. I planted up a couple of spare beds with flowers on a plot given up last October.
I've given it up for one nearer my own and have been removing from it the summer bulbs I grew. The gladioli each have dozens of bulblets attached as have the other bulbs.its as if the bulbs have gone into overdrive and produced lots of babies. The soil is very good and fertile. Does anyone if that's the reason or is it something else. Would the little bulblets produce another plant?Tags: None
