  • Unable to add photos.

Can anyone help me with this. I have deleted the ones on here from settings but they still show up in the attachment area when I go there. Have been unable to upload photos for weeks. It is quite frustrating. Just comes up with an error message. Unable to load file.
They are not too big.... 50 mb max
    Can anyone help.

Hmmm, I don't know much about Macs.... you must have a photo editing application that you can resize in?

Yeah, but it cuts far too much of the picture off. Something isn’t right

This may sound bonkers, but could you email the photos to yourself? You'll probably get the option to resize when you send them, then download them and upload them to the Vine from your downloads folder.

Ok, I just went into that but the original sizes are 577 kB so none of them are over the 2mb? So they should upload?

Carly, I am having the very same problem as you for the past year or so.
Nothing I or my techy grandson who has a degree in computer science can get past the problem.
Unfortunately I had to give up.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Oh dear. Mine has been for a fair while too. The whole point for me is to share photos so I may have to rethink

On an ipad I have to stand further away from the subject so I can crop more off the photo. So I never take a close up photo it won’t work.

You shouldn't need to lose any of the picture when resizing... resizing is about reducing the overall size and quality of the photo, not chopping the edges off?
