  • Went to see Simply Red last night

And they were brilliant, I took these pictures and loads more besides. The only down side was it took an hour and a quarter to get out the car park , It didn't spoil a great evening though. Mick Hucknall's voice is incredible, it seems to get more powerful as the years pass.

      Wow - fantastic photos!

I'm glad you had a great time - personally, I'd prefer to pull my own hair out than be in the company of Mr Hucknell, although that's just me, I'm sure.

No that's fine, I realise they are not everybody's cup of tea. I have been a fan from the start so this was like paradise to me They are really great live, I've even converted my other half who didn't think much to them before this.

I used to have such a HUGE crush on Mick Hucknall.

Can't believe I have just admitted that in public lol.

In fact I used to have a thing about ginger men when I was younger - went out with 3 in a row! If only one had been Mick... *sighs*

Great pics. wish i had been there as I love them.
Regarding redheads, just know i could'nt go out with one.
Red heads have no appeal for me.
Nothing personal to anyone on here who is a redhead

And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

No, most definitely not. He is one of my all time grates.

                  Dislike his voice, as well.
