Not the same now somehow, I hardly saw any of the last series, never missed one when Jim was on.

I have to say I love it, Jim was a treasure for sure but then so was my hero Geoff Hamilton. Change is inevitable but this is still one of the few 'real' gardening programmes in my opinion.

Yes I do still watch it. The growing conditions are much close to mine than say gardeners world, although a bit further north. Certainly like their veg growing stuff, although find the non edible stuff a little old fashioned. Sure I visited the garden as a kid.

                Another vote for Beechgrove here.

If it grows at Beechgrove, north of Aberdeen, it'll grow in my garden.

Won't it be on iPlayer soon after broadcast?

I'm sure it will DannyK but I have no Internet to the TV and I would rather curl up on the settee with a cup of tea than sit at my computer

In any case I prefer to record things I really want to watch because you can be sure that will be the moment someone phones me and then I would have to sit at the computer to see the rest

It repeats Sunday morning for those not wanting to watch on Thursday or record.
