New Dig for victory campaign

Perhaps the government should start something like the wartime "Dig for victory".
I am ramping up my veg production.
It very satiisfyng to know you have something to hand if you can't get out.
Also toying with idea of a couple of chickens.

What do you all think?

P.S. Stupid language English, why does campaign have a g in it?

I was already ramping up my winter veg production ready for the anticipated Brexit chaos next January. Now I'm cutting down on flowers even more so I can fit in more veg of all sorts.

p.s. Google says "from French campagne ‘open country’'. So as usual it's all the fault of our European friends.
