  • Lovely Indian sweet recipe - Kaipola

I have just made this :

    Kaipola - Tasty Circle

You will need to scroll down a bit for the recipe.

It is a sort of sweet banana omelette. I know it sounds weird but I can vouch for it, absolutely delish very quick to make too.

I made mine with bananas rather than plantain and, for that reason, half the sugar. Lovely with a dollop of cream

In this recipe no and nos mean number/s another recipe says 2 tablespoons of nuts and 2 of raisins.

    That looks tasty!
I seem to revert to mango and coconut for desert when we make Indian food here...be nice to use bananas for a change!
    Thanks.

^^^^ we used demerara sugar instead of palm sugar as I try to avoid it cos of deforestation and the effects on the poor orangutans
